Quinoa Patties

I tried my own version of the quinoa patties. Sincerely jummy in your tummy.
It is super easy. Get the ingredients you need and a big bowl and you are ready to go.

I didn’t follow the recipe exactly. I skipped the unions for example and added more cheese and cashew nuts. I consider that the beauty of this recipe, you can experiment and really make it your own. I also added more spices [like chili flakes and cayenne pepper]
Make sure that your batter is firm, so that it fries really easily and you can also flip it without any problems.

Good thing is you can also make them really tiny so they can figure as finger food for a party.

this is a rough estimate of the nutritious value of the one I eat. I halved the amounts that is written on the original recipe. I life by myself, so I watch I don’t waste food too much.
